Whats wrong?: As the projector screen is in front of the white board, if the user wants to show a slide and write something on the whiteboard, which is clearly seen by everyone, they would have problems. Suggestion: The white board and whiteboard could be designed in a way where when the projector is in use, the whiteboard can be used too. For example, the whiteboard and projector could be placed side by side. So both of the things can be seen without disturbing the other.
